ER&R is participating as an exhibitor at the 2015 Pennsylvania Brownfields Conference being held from May 13th to the 15th at the Bayfront Convention Center in Erie, PA. The Conference was organized by Pennsylvania DEP and the Engineers' Society of Western Pennsylvania (ESWP) and will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Pennsylvania's historic Land Recycling cleanup program (Act 2).
Since inception in 1995, more than 5,700 sites have entered into Act 2's Land Recycling cleanup program. Of those, 4,500 sites have been successfully remediated and another 1,200 sites are actively working toward this goal. The Conference program will include presentations and field trips designed to highlight some of these projects.
